About the Vice President for Learning Affairs
The Vice President for Learning Affairs was established in 2016 as one of the fundamental pillars of the Libyan International University. It plays a crucial role in fulfilling the university’s mission, maintaining its leadership, and securing a prominent position among Libyan universities. It also aims to achieve its aspired status at the regional and international levels by providing distinguished educational and scientific services and activities, especially to its students and generally to the community. This represents a significant contribution to the progress, advancement, and prosperity of our beloved country.

Leading the teaching and learning operations across the university and its branches, and transitioning them from a functional-based system to a Business Process Management (BPM) system. This transformation ensures the provision of essential educational and administrative services to develop the learning path, enhance governance, increase effectiveness and efficiency, and improve overall performance.
Achieving the Strategic Plan's objectives related to teaching and learning, ensuring the attainment of targeted indicators (KPIs), and establishing the executive programs and projects necessary to realize those goals."
Leading the implementation of development initiatives and utilizing the latest scientific methodologies to evaluate curricula, faculty performance, and student achievement across all university programs and branches."
Developing mechanisms and processes to ensure that academic programs remain modern and responsive to community needs."
Ensuring the achievement of Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs) for all educational programs at the university."
Supervising the implementation and development of Inter professional Education (IPE), evaluating its outcomes, preparing related reports, and utilizing them for continuous improvement."
